Our No-Return Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, and to ensure the purity and integrity of our products for all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been sold and delivered. All sales are final.
We encourage you to read the fragrance notes and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Our Discovery Kits are a great way to experience our scents before committing to a full-size bottle.
Damages and Issues
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Notify our customer support team at help@rizzluxury.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Proof: You must provide clear photos and a mandatory, un-cut unboxing video of the package and the damaged/incorrect product. This is required for us to process any claim.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.
Please note that replacements are only offered for items that are received damaged or are incorrect. We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us at help@rizzluxury.com] as soon as possible.
